We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a
defective item, please e-mail a description, with a photo, to us at email@example.com within 7
days of receipt of the product. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
In the event the product arrives to you damaged, e-mail a description, with a photo, to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the product. Depending on the issue, we may send you replacement parts, we may take the product back to repair, or may replace the product.
IMPORTANT – if a replacement of the original product is necessary:
Because we are working with off cuts of fabric, we may not be able to offer an exact replacement of the same fabric but will give you equivalent options.
All of our products are made locally by expert craftsmen using with top grade materials and components and under normal use, your products should operate problem free for years.
